Scaling Transition Finance - 04 Dec 2023

COP28 will see an intensified focus on the private sector to scale investments in emerging markets. In this fireside chat, Ravi Menon, Mark Carney and Dilhan Pillay will share more about the work MAS, GFANZ and Temasek to support these efforts, and how they think we could develop and scale transition finance solutions, including the tools (e.g. carbon credits, blended finance) to do so. Mark and Dilhan will also discuss their roles at and aspirations for the World Bank Private Sector Investment Lab including how it will address constraints which the private sector faces today.
