Realising Our Shared Climate Vision Together
The COP29 Singapore Pavilion draws design inspiration from the beauty of the Vanda Miss Joaquim, using it as a motif for innovation and sustainability.
Singapore, a unique blend of urban infrastructure and tropical greenery, is on a transformative journey to become a City in Nature. This journey includes steadfast commitment to achieving climate goals, including keeping 1.5°C alive, through the Singapore Green Plan 2030.

Singapore’s Green Initiatives
Singapore is a low-lying city-state vulnerable to rising sea levels, heat and extreme weather events wrought by climate change. Access to alternative energy is also constrained.
Despite the challenging geographical constraints, Singapore is committed to achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and continues to find innovative ways to accelerate the low-carbon transition for industry, economy and society.
