• Blended finance has been identified as having an important role to play in terms of bridging the net zero funding gap.
• This panel discussion will focus on key aspects of an enabling environment, lessons learnt from past projects and innovation needed, and illustrate examples of "making the system work as a system", including the role of domestic governments and regulatory agencies in catalysing private capital.
• The panel will also share their perspectives on how demonstrative projects could be scaled with urgency.
